Fish make great pets. Not only are they beautiful, serene and relaxing to be around, but it is enjoyable to set up a fish tank.

The main advantages of fish as pets is that they are easy to care for (AFTER everything is setup) and peaceful to watch. However fish are not the least bit affectionate. They simply don't fill the desire for companionship and communication that mammals, even some of the smaller Exotic Pets) do.
