Peruvian Inca Orchid Information
The Peruvian Inca Orchid or PIO for short, is also known as the Moonflower Dog, the Perro Flora, the Perro sin pelo del PerĂº, the Peruvian Hairless Dog, and the Al'co Calato. They are hairless dogs with a little hair that will grow on the tops of their heads. Their eyes are overly sensitive to the sun, making them squint in the daylight.

The Peruvian Inca Orchid are nighttime dogs, which is why they earned the nickname "Moonflower." They are not well suited for much outdoor activity during bright, sunlit days, as they need sunscreen protection if they will be out in the sunlight for very long.
