|If you pick up a starving dog and make him prosperous, he will not bite you; that is the principal difference between a dog and a man. - Mark Twain|
The Pekingese have a luscious, straight, long-flowing coat that comes in all colors.
The Pekingese are super affectionate, brave to a fault, independent, and can be extremely picky eaters. They have a propensity to get overweight if overfed and love their masters to the point of becoming jealous of anything else that requires their attention. This breed can be difficult to housebreak, bark a lot, and are not recommended for children who won't treat them with great gentleness.
