The Miniature Poodle is a super smart, highly trainable, companion dog with an amusing and clever side. They are so smart and easy to train, in fact, that they are often used in circus shows. Some owners even believe that their Poodles understand what they say.
The Miniature Poodle can be high strung and it is suggested that they be socialized from puppyhood. They make great watchdogs, rarely become aggressive, but do have a tendency to bark a lot.
