The rare Chinese Crested dog comes in two breeds: the Chinese Crested (essentially hairless except for feet, head and tail) and the Powderpuff Chinese Crested which has a silky coat all over its body. Interesting and unusual is that both types of dogs can come in the same litter.

The Chinese Crested dogs are loving and a dog breed good with children, although they are delicate. They are generally not barkers or yappers, and crave constant companionship. They do best with a single owner(s) as they bond quite tightly.
